She embraces the energetic work culture and finds joy in contributing to the firm’s mission of delivering personalized, top-tier financial services.

Mackenzie’s role is centered around streamlining administrative tasks, ranging from preparing reports to processing client requests and supporting the financial advisors. Her ability to effortlessly juggle these varied responsibilities is a testament to her meticulous attention to detail and strong dedication to her work.

Believing in the mantra that every client is unique, Mackenzie listens intently and strives to build personal relationships with clients. She does this by finding common ground and nurturing a rapport that goes beyond business. Mackenzie’s philosophy of treating clients more like family than just customers is key to her ability to offer top-notch customer service.

When she’s not in the office, Mackenzie is a passionate sports enthusiast who also enjoys photography, baking, and reading.  She graduated with her bachelor’s degree in criminal justice at Farmingdale State College and currently resides in North Babylon.

Mackenzie contributes to the rich culture of Snyder Wealth Group with her vibrant personality and her belief in a healthy work-life balance. The camaraderie she shares with her colleagues and her firm belief in the organization’s values have cemented her place in the Snyder family. She looks forward to a weekend of unwinding with family and friends after a busy week of helping clients achieve their financial goals.

An experience that significantly impacted Mackenzie was her journey toward becoming a police officer after college. A turning point came when an officer preparing her for the physical tests suggested she was destined for something bigger. This unexpected feedback led her to explore different career avenues, ultimately culminating in her pivotal role at Snyder Wealth Group.

Through it all, Mackenzie embodies the ideals of the Snyder Wealth Group – trust, equality, transparency, and personalized service. She is a testament to the firm’s dedication to providing high-level service while nurturing strong personal relationships with clients.
